The apartments are located on the 3rd floor (top floor) and feature a balcony offering an unobstructed view of the Baltic Sea. The location of the accommodation is ideal: You’re just about 30 metres from the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach, and the car-free promenade invites you to take long walks.
Despite the quiet surroundings, you can reach the centre of Bansin in just a 7-minute walk, while the centre of Heringsdorf is about a 15-minute walk away. Each apartment comes with its own parking space on the property, which is included in the price. In addition, an lift in the building provides extra convenience.
The holiday apartments are designed to accommodate a maximum of two people, with one child counting as one person. An initial set of bed linens as well as hand and bath towels for two people is included in the price; a change is available for an additional fee. On-site, you also have the option to rent beach chairs and bicycles to make your stay even more enjoyable.

Super Wohnung mit tollem Ausblick auf das Meer.
Sehr sauber und ordentlich.Schlüsselübergabe und Einweisung ohne Probleme.
Schrankklappbetten sollten in der Internet Beschreibung erwähnt werden.
