The Space:
This elegant, beach vacation rental includes floor-to-ceiling glass doors in both the living area and the primary bedroom. These doors lead out to a spacious balcony that provides you with a beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico and overlooks the large lagoon pool. Recent renovations include a well-equipped, full kitchen with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and wood tile flooring. Stream your favorite music through the living area surround system.
Want to enjoy the beach and all that Seagrove has to offer, but don't want to bring chairs and bikes with you? Don't worry! We offer two complimentary chairs, an umbrella, and two bicycles between March and October. This resort features two swimming pools, lighted tennis courts, pickleball courts, a fitness center, and a sauna.
Here between Eastern Lake and Deer Lake, you can rent a kayak and experience the rare phenomenon of the coastal dune lakes. Enjoy live music at the Seaside Amphitheater or at The Hub, only two miles east. Watercolor and Grayton Beach offer brewpubs and wine bars for casual nightcaps as well.

Important Property Update – Please Read Before Booking
This resort is currently undergoing construction. Building A is open; however, they are currently finishing up balcony punch lists and painting the exterior of the building. They also still have to replace the North stair case windows. Buildings B and C remain under construction, with an expected end date of June 14th for the property. Our office is currently closed due to window replacements.
The north and south pools are currently open, with certain pool deck areas blocked, due to scaffolding. Do not move barricades; these are here for your safety.
A safe, narrow pedestrian path to the beach has been established through the pools scaffolding. (via the north entrance). For your safety, please do not attempt to access the beach through the Building A or B garages. Do not move barricades; these are here for your safety.
You should expect noise, dust, and contractor activity between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.
