Casa la Capellania, Spanien

Casa la Capellania is situated on a 1,200-square-meter lot on a small hill below the village of El Jesús (Tijarafe) at an elevation of 425 metres above sea level in an area with a favourable climate.

This idyllic, secluded finca offers a fantastic panoramic view of the west coast and the Atlantic Ocean. The main house, approximately 90 square metres in size, can accommodate up to 4 people. Below the main house, but in a separate location, is a studio; however, it is not currently available for rent. The owner occasionally uses it, but as a guest in the main house, you will not be disturbed.

Upon arrival, a security deposit of 250 euros must be paid to the property manager. This will be refunded on the day of departure, provided the house is returned in good condition.



Casa la Capellania:

Casa la Capellania offers a stunning panoramic view of the Atlantic Ocean and the northwest coast. The house offers 90 square metres of living space.

The outdoor area has been completely redesigned with palm trees, various fruit trees, and fresh gravel. The 4x8-metre private pool, featuring skin-friendly saltwater treatment, offers year-round swimming enjoyment. 
Outdoor lounge chairs and umbrellas are available for relaxing in the sun.

Below the main house is a covered pergola with a table and chairs, perfect for dining al fresco. The terrace directly in front of the house gets sun starting at noon and features a table with two chairs; the awning can be extended if needed.

You enter the house through the combined living/dining area with an integrated kitchenette. The dining table comfortably seats 4 people. The kitchenette is small but well-equipped. A counter with 4 stools separates the kitchen from the dining area. A small TV nook with a sofa and satellite TV is also located here. A second living area with a fireplace is located separately.

The bedroom with two single beds and the bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink lead off from this main room. From the bedroom, you have a view of the pool and the ocean. The washing machine is located in a separate room accessible from the outside.

A single step leads down to the fireplace room, which features a sofa and two armchairs. To the left of this room is another bedroom with a double bed. The fireplace room opens directly onto the back of the house, where two hammocks have been set up on a covered terrace.
The parking area is also located behind the house. A covered barbecue area with a sink and a table with chairs offers another lovely spot to relax in the great outdoors.



Below the house is a separate studio with its own entrance, though it is not currently available for rent. It is occasionally used by the owner, who respects your privacy.
