Along with the Gulf-front views from the condo, you'll also enjoy access to a host of on-site amenities including a beachfront pool, and charcoal grills. M.B. Miller County Pier is located right next to the complex and Shipwreck Island Waterpark is less than a half-mile away for added family fun. Gift shops and local dining options are also within walking distance.



Equipped for home comfort and convenience, the condo features all the modern essentials including a full kitchen, central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer. Comfortable seating welcomes casual downtime in the living room. Cable-equipped smart TVs in each room offer flexible home entertainment.

THINGS TO KNOW

After making your reservation, you will receive an email a few days before your arrival date from GuestSVCS to register your vehicle. There is a maximum limit of two vehicles per reservation and the charge is $50.00 per vehicle registration.

While we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through your first day, we do not replenish them. Please make sure to bring these additional items to get you through your vacation.

No smoking or vaping is permitted at the property (including on porches, decks, or other outdoor areas) at any time. Fines of $250.00 will be issued if this rule is not respected.

No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.

This rental is located on floor 14 above the parking garage.

The pool is heated from December 1 until March 1

The perfect getaway

Everything was absolutely perfect. The condo was amazing and huge and fit all 8 of us perfectly without being up all up on each other. The veiw of the ocean was stunning. I will definitely be coming back and booking this condo again

Needs maintenance

The location of the condo was good. View of the beach was awesome. Sunset view is a plus! However, the condo needs maintenance. There’s no lock in sliding door-master bedroom and living room, carpet was dirty (lots of dog hair/fur and sand-we didn’t have a dog), clogged toilet in one of the bedrooms, broken closet door, broken glass on the table in the balcony, broken bed frame in one of the bedrooms, wobbly and squeaky bunk bed, shower head issue in master’s bedroom - All of these were noticed on day 1. Notified customer service right away about all these issues, told them our main concern were the clogged toilet, broken bed frame and wobbly bunk bed. They said they will send maintenance but no exact time was given. Followed up with them on day 2. No response. Finally, in the afternoon of day 3 (our check out was in the morning of day 4, by the way) they sent someone to fix the clogged toilet and shower head. My boys ended up putting the mattress on the floor and sleeping on the floor for safety issues for the whole duration of our stay. I wish the response was quicker. We could have had a hassle-free vacation!
