Crystal Sands 302B has a casual Floridian decor and a phenomenal Gulf-front view from a private balcony. The living area offers cozy patterned sofas, glass and rattan furnishings, and carpeted floors.



After a relaxing day at the beach, you will find everything you need to make a home-cooked meal in the well-equipped kitchen. The rattan dining table seats six, and there are two bar stools for plenty of seating. You will also enjoy the benefit of having a stackable washer/dryer.

Beautiful beach in a nice location and the view from the room is great. If beach dayz are the thing for you, this is a nice place to visit.

There were issues with the unit being hot. The thermostat would cut on and off. It took all night for it to cool down. The unit was clean. However there was an area on the living room ceiling that appeared to be a badly done repair with a square board. In fact some of the ceiling even fell off on the chair. Also the mirror in the upstairs bathroom needs to be replaced and the faucet leaks. The downstairs toilet had to be adjusted after each flush to cut off. With all that said we enjoyed our time and the condo. With a few repairs and updates it would be a perfect unit.
