The Space:

This beautiful Gulf-front vacation rental includes patio doors in the living room leading to a private balcony that provides a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. Pickleball courts are also nearby, so grab your paddles and have a friendly game together. With the bedroom facing the Gulf side, there is a view of the Gulf from the windows as well. Other features of this upgraded, homely decorated vacation rental include granite countertops, a full-size refrigerator, cooktop stove and oven, microwave and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. The bathroom is newly remodeled and includes a jetted tub, vanity, light fixture, and cabinets. The living room has a 32” TV and a DVD player. The bedroom has a 28” TV with a DVD player.



Things to Know

Complimentary beach service of one umbrella and two chairs is offered from March 1 through October 31. Paddleboards, kayaks, and bicycles are available for an additional charge.

Perfect Retreat

This property provided the perfect retreat for me and my young teen boys' spring break. The property provided all that we needed. That view was Oh My! wonderful for all of us! I liked the short walk to the beach. The free umbrella and chair service a huge amenity!

Great views . Was relaxing and calm environment which we greatly wanted . Master bedroom carpet could use some updating, it gave the room a bit of a smell and had discoloration and light fixtures needed updating . However , overall was a great stay .

Check in with a little confusing. Unable to get in with the gate code and just wait until actual check-in time. Kitchen lacked some items needed. Had two pots to cook in, but no skillets, just a few things like that. Nothing that would deter me from not going back. The room itself just needed some TLC. Some paint was coming off the cabinet in the bathroom, hangers on the wall where pictures used to be. I would still write it an eight out of a 10.

Our annual girls trip... condo was very clean better than pictures, well stocked ... would definitely rent again... only thing not a bad thing... sliding door to balcony... is hard to open and shut and makes. Terrible sharp noise at time ... easy fix... Thanks.. Dawn
