Overall nice place and great location. Room was pretty clean but floors need a better cleaning along with some stains on the ottoman in living rooms and the blanket on the bed. Biggest issue was lack of washer and dryer that was advertised as having but didn't. Called the rep who was going to have someone call me back but no one ever did. Not very good customer service. that is advitied
