The holiday rental is approximately 75 m² and features 2 bedrooms for 2–3 people, 1 bathroom with a shower and toilet, 1 separate toilet, a kitchen-living room with an oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, and safe, 2 balconies, cable TV, FREE Wi-Fi, and bed linens, hand towels, bath towels, and tea towels are provided by us.



Our beautiful holiday home, featuring 3 holiday apartments for 2–8 people, is situated on a small hill in a quiet, sunny location with a wonderful view of the Leoganger Steinberge and the Steinerne Meer in Saalfelden.
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire house.
The ground-floor apartment features 1 bedroom for 1–3 people, a kitchen, a bathroom, and an entryway.
The first-floor apartment features a large terrace, a kitchen-living room, a bathroom, 2 bedrooms, a separate toilet, a balcony, and 2 bedrooms for 1–6 people.
The apartment on the second floor features a kitchen-living room, bathroom, entryway, 2 bedrooms for 2–6 people, a separate toilet, and 2 balconies.
The holiday apartments can be expanded to include a double bedroom with a shower and toilet, a balcony, and cable TV.



On-site costs: 30% deposit upon booking. Cancellation fees: - up to 3 months before arrival: 0% of the total price - up to 1 month before arrival: 40% of the total price - up to 1 week before arrival: 70% of the total price - during the last week: 90% of the total price



Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM and check-out is from 7:00 AM to 8:30 AM.
