The location is great. It is just far enough away from the busy corridor, but close enough to walk to whatever you are looking for: shopping, eating, etc. We enjoy this spot. The beach is great and the pools are nice as well. Highly recommend. Will stay again.
The place is comfortable, clean and the view was amazing! We saw dolphins from the balcony. The outdoor pool isn’t heated, but there is an indoor pool for the cold days. We would stay again!
Beautiful view. Condo needs a deep clean. Pillows on sofa were dingy with dirt spots. Guest bath needs updating. No water pressure. Ice maker did not work. Internet went out while we were working. And that was our purpose For the trip.
Overall, we had a very nice time. When we arrived, they were dredging in front of the complex. That was frustrating because I brought my 80 year old parents and my niece from New York so they could hear the waves but all we could hear was the beeping of the machinary. We were also not allowed on the beach. Fortunately they dredged through the night and on Sunday we were able to sit on the balcony and hear the waves. There is a lot more beach for you now!

Poor Communication
We had several issues that could have been non existent if the management and rental company communicated with one another and then properly communicated to my family, the guests staying at the property.
I am grateful for Megan who listened and made sure that we were no inconvenienced again during our stay.

Still waiting for resolution since the 2ndday of the trip.
I have been renting from VRBO for a least 10 years. Maybe the problem is Vacasa? Not sure. Hoping to hear from leadership at VRBO soon. We have other stops along the way home to Chicago. I am extremely upset still today.
No communication with leadership or property management when we tried to use the stove and found it broken. I am expecting to hear from VRBO since that is the company I rented from.

Don’t believe what you see in the pictures. Everything is worn and dirty. The appliances don’t work. No ice maker, the dishwasher only works part of the time. The shower floor is dirty. The outdoor furniture is rusty and worn. We have stayed at the Liggthouse for years and this was the first time I’ve been disappointed. Definitely will not rent this unit again

8 days, we had a great experience. Very clean, great view & very nice condo. Work out room was all that was needed.
One thing I did not like,
It’s been a few years since we’ve been down. 1). Overall money,
- Everywhere we’ve been in the past had chairs on the beach assigned to the rooms. Here they were $35 / day.
- there was 1 ice machine, but you had to pay $5 / bag. It was a big bag but we just need to fill a medium cooler for the beach.
- they had a compressor to fill beach toys but again you had to pay to use it.
- parking pass was $40 / car.
At some point I feel like it’s too much.

When I walked in it seemed the place was very clean but after a few hours I realized the sofa and throw pillows were filthy from years and years of use and not ever being cleaned. I mean, the throw pillows were supposed to be cream but were brown from bodies… just gross. The mattress was worn/lopsided and likewise filthy although the bed linens were clean and white. (If you like something more substantial when you sleep, I suggest you bring an extra blanket. Thank you to a previous reviewer; I brought my weighted blanket.) Also, if you do not wish to be an exhibitionist for the nighttime beachgoers, stay out of the living room after dark as there are no curtains. The shower in the main bath has a clogged drain and the toilet paper holder is hanging by a thread so I ended up using the second bathroom. The toilet in that bathroom appeared clean but there is gross black stuff up under the rim. You won’t notice it, though, unless you are in the tub…lol. Other than those things, it really was a nice place and I enjoyed my visit. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed for eating in (basic supplies and lots of gadgets and small appliances) and I loved the seating options on the balcony. I encourage Vacasa to get with the owners for a little more TLC for the sofa and mattress.
