The beach was great. The house was big enough and the pool was nice. But there were some problems that should be fixed before the next guests. When we (11 of us) arrived we had no code to get in. Very limited wifi so communicating was time consuming. One hour later we receive a text saying we had not paid. I had a confirmation number but Avari said I had not paid. That was confusing because i had a confirmation code and welcome emails etc. We could not check our bank because of the horrible wifi. We paid it and received the code. Later on we researched and found out that when Avari acquired Vacasa some paid customers were not credited while some actually lost their reservation. So the beginning was terrible. The second shocker was the wifi was extremely slow. We had three adults who worked and needed wifi. They had to go to a coffee shop.We asked for dish drying towels and remote control batteries. We got them the next day.I think the owner should get better management from Avari. Refrigerator was not cold enough. Shrimp and chicken spoiled. Kitchen was well stocked but needed more towels (there was 1). Need hot mits, vegetable peeler. More spoons. There were 7. The beds were very comfortable. The house sleeps 14 we had 13. The house has a great location on the beach and a pool. It just needs more attention. One bar stools back was broken. We had a great time with family on the beach and in the pool! The house was spacious and comfortable.
