The condo was hard to find the entrance. Several things were broken, ice maker, no WiFi, two outside doors didn’t lock, and two of the outdoor chairs were broken!!!! I feel I should get some of my money back, but I know they don’t care!!! Very disappointed…. and my families first time in Gulf Shores. Never saw anyone trying to fix things!

We have stayed at Sea Oats twice before this stay and never had any problems. This time our WiFi did not work. We communicated with multiple people over the week and the issue was never resolved. The Ice maker/water did not work in the fridge.The sliding door to the balcony did not latch due to structural integrity of the building/bedroom. Management was notified upon arrival and 2-3 more times before the door and fridge were finally fixed on the 3rd day of our stay.The overall appearance, structure, and upkeep of the buildings here have drastically declined in the past 7-8 years.
