Located in the Mecklenburg coastal town of Groß Schwansee, just 800 metres from the fine-sand natural beach, the “Kapitänshaus” holiday home is a 4-bedroom single-family home featuring a wood-burning stove, balcony, terrace, access to the garden, and a barrel sauna. With 131 square metres of living space, it offers ideal holiday conditions for up to 6 people. The stylish furnishings and fully equipped kitchenette are just as impressive as the well-thought-out floor plan, which features three separate bedrooms, a full bathroom, and an additional shower room. A high chair and a travel cot are provided for children. You can use the Wi-Fi, washing machine, and outdoor parking space next to the house free of charge. Electricity and heating are billed based on usage.

The holiday home is located near the Baltic Sea Cycle Route, which winds through forests, meadows, and fields. Dogs are welcome on the ground floor of the house. You can optionally book laundry packages to lighten your luggage. Nearby is the Groß Schwansee estate with its natural castle garden, restaurant, and café featuring an outdoor terrace.

The high-quality, fully furnished 4-room Kapitänhaus single-family home offers you a nearly perfect holiday experience. Let yourself be enchanted by this spacious holiday home with a balcony, covered terrace, and garden featuring a barrel sauna (for a fee). The living space spans 131 square metres and offers a relaxing holiday atmosphere for up to six people.
You’ll be welcomed by a stylishly furnished living-dining area featuring a comfortable sofa, a recliner with a footrest, a wood-burning stove, and a solid-wood dining table from which you can enjoy the view of the private garden. For wellness enthusiasts, a barrel sauna is available in the garden for a fee.
The kitchenette, integrated into the living area and separated by a counter, is modern and fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, range hood, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and much more.
The residence offers entertainment electronics, including a total of four televisions and a stereo system. Of course, Wi-Fi access is free of charge. Additionally, the ground floor features a separate, comfortable bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and TV, as well as a very spacious, ground-level shower room with natural light.
A staircase in the entryway leads to the upper floor, where there are two additional comfortable bedrooms: one with a double bed, a closet, a TV, and access to a balcony overlooking the fields; the other with two single beds, a closet, and a TV. Ideally, this floor also features a spacious, natural-light bathroom with a corner bathtub, a walk-in shower, two sinks, and a toilet.
The holiday home is family-friendly and equipped with a travel cot and a high chair, so even our youngest guests can feel right at home. Use of a washing machine is also available free of charge.
For guests who wish to bring their dog, the private garden offers ideal conditions so that your four-legged friend can relax as well. Inside the house, the entire ground floor is available for your dog, and we ask for your understanding that no pets are allowed on the upper floor. An outdoor parking space is available next to the house for your car. This is a non-smoking holiday home. Dogs are welcome.
