The former Oevelgönne manor house is idyllically nestled within the historic Oevelgönne farmstead complex. Its park-like garden offers space for young and old alike to play football (goals are provided), sunbathe, and enjoy leisurely afternoons barbecuing.

Those who’d rather explore the surrounding area can bike to one of the well-connected beaches in Sierksdorf, Scharbeutz, and Haffkrug—or to Hansapark—in just 10 minutes. The house offers plenty of space for groups of up to 10 people and families.

Built in 1925, the house features three living rooms, a large dining room, and a spacious kitchen-diner, offering plenty of private spaces so that everyone can find peace and quiet during their holiday. The fireplace and sauna make the house appealing even during the winter months. Use of the sauna can be conveniently added as a flat-rate option—and is available to all guests in the house whenever they wish. The large kitchen-diner is professionally equipped with 2 ovens, an induction stove, a steam cooker, and 2 sinks.

The house has 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 1 guest bathroom, and a shower next to the sauna. Several rooms have their own sink—just as was customary in the past.

Ample outdoor parking spaces are reserved for you right next to the house. Bicycles you bring with you can be stored safely in a lockable bike storage room. Important note: There is an unfenced pond at the far end of the garden.

Wir haben mit der ganzen Familie ( 8 Personen) wunderbare weihnachtstage in Övelgönne dem herrlich großzügigen Gutshaus , verbracht. Dies war unsere 2. Anmietung zu Weihnachten und es war genauso schön wie beim 1. MAL. Das Haus, insbesondere die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was es nur braucht für gemeinsames Kochen und Geselligkeit. Der herrliche Wintergarten bietet für Alle Platz, und jedes Paar hatt ein geräumiges schön stilvol ausgestattetes Schlafzimmer. Einzig die Betten empfanden alle etwas zu hart. Doch die schöne Landschaft mit dem Lebensweg animierte uns zu Spazierengehen. Insgesamt rundum schön, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir hatten zwei wunderschöne Wochen in ihrem Ferienhaus in Oevelgönne. Es war für die kleinen und großen Kinder reichlich Platz vorhanden. Den schön angelegte Garten und den gemütliche Wohnbereich haben wir sehr genossen. Für unsere Hunde war der großzügig eingezäunte Außenbereich fantastisch.

Ein Traumhaus in einer Traumumgebung. Die Fotos entsprechen der Realität. Wir hatten mit unserer Familie (zu 8) wundervolle Weihnachtstage in diesem herrschaftlichen Haus. Alles ist sehr stil-, geschmack- und liebevoll eingerichtet, sodass man sich in jedem einzelnen Raum (2 Wohnzimmer, 1 Esszimmer, 1 großer, gemütlicher Wintergarten, der uns als Feier- und "Seminarraum" diente) auf individuelle Weise wohlfühlen kann. Das Haus ist so groß, dass man sich auch ganz persönlich zurückziehen kann, um im Gruppentrubel mal für sich zu sein. Die Küche ist herrlich und bietet alles was man braucht, um gemeinsames Kochen und Essen zu genießen. Die Natur mit dem großen Park anbei, dem Süseler See (in dem wir eisgebadet haben), dem dortigen inspirierenden "Lebensweg", die Ostsee und die nahen Städtchen Sierksdorf und Neustadt bietet alles, was man zur Erholung braucht.
