Relax in a new, barrier-free, wheelchair-accessible, and very comfortable 4-star holiday home featuring light-filled rooms and a romantic wood-burning stove. The house features a professional kitchen for excellent self-catering. Experience peace and relaxation in the spacious, well-maintained 2,000-square-meter garden, surrounded by birdsong and featuring three terraces. From the holiday home, you’ll enjoy a wonderful, unobstructed view of the adjacent forest and its mountain panorama. Explore the nature reserve right next to the house, which is known for its unspoiled wilderness. Breathe in the fresh air, silence, and unspoiled beauty of nature. A parking space in front of the house is available free of charge. In addition, the Bavarian Forest offers countless cultural and recreational opportunities for seasonal activities such as hiking, biking, fishing, and (e-)biking—with charging stations set up along the routes. Climbing, downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, golf, attending festivals, and much more. With over 1,500 km of marked bike trails, the region offers ideal conditions for both professional and recreational cyclists. All routes and the “TransBayerwald” are clearly marked with varying levels of difficulty. Welcome to our comfortable 4-star holiday homes! The following amenities await you during your stay: Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. TV and radio. A wood-burning stove in the dining room for a cosy atmosphere (the wood basket is filled with beech wood for you year-round on cold days) Made-up beds as well as cosy pillows and blankets For stays longer than three weeks, your bed will be freshly made and all hand and kitchen towels will be laundered. Special comfort mattresses made from pure organic materials ensure a restful night’s sleep. The bedside reading lights allow you to read without disturbing your partner’s sleep. We provide four sets each of table linens, hand towels, dishes, and glasses. A combination oven/microwave and a toaster make self-catering a breeze. High-quality AMC pots in the fully equipped professional kitchen invite you to cook. A coffee maker (filter required) for a fine cup of coffee. A large designer sofa with an upholstered bench, a recliner with excellent seating comfort, and two benches for relaxing in front of the fireplace and TV, with a magnificent view of the mountains and forests outside the house. Ample cleaning supplies are provided in the kitchen and bathroom. A spacious closet area provides room for clothes, suitcases, and shoes. The house features three terraces, ensuring sunshine at any time of day. For bookings longer than four weeks, the price per night and person is reduced to 40 EUR. An extra bed is available upon request for a fee (30 EUR per night). Let the in-house chef personally prepare delicious dishes or a first-class menu for you in a very special way. Of course, individual requests will be taken into account so that you can experience true culinary delights. The deposit is 80% of the accommodation price. Check-in is available between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Check-out is available between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Keys are handed over in person on site. Tourism tax: None.
