The condo was an amazing location. It is an older building but was clean and check in and out was easy. The only complaints are the king bed is very uncomfortable, the drier does take a very long time to dry a load and the sliding door in living room did stick often, but you could go in the bedroom sliding door so you don’t get stuck on the balcony. The access to the beach was fantastic and we took advantage of the umbrella and chair rentals while there. Over all we had a fantastic experience.

We’re thrilled to hear that you enjoyed the amazing location of our condo, Donna! It sounds like you made the most of your time at the beach, especially with the umbrella and chair rentals. We appreciate your feedback about the king bed and the dryer; we want every detail to be just right for our guests, and we’ll certainly take your comments into consideration. It’s great to know that check-in and check-out were easy for you, and we’re glad you found the condo clean and welcoming. We hope to see you back in Orange Beach soon for another fantastic experience!

It’s wonderful to hear that the girls had a great time, Stephanie! We know how important it is to balance work and play, and we’re glad they could enjoy the beautiful beach and all the amenities while you were busy. The sixth-floor views from the condo really do add a special touch to any stay. We hope you can join them next time for some relaxation by the Gulf. Looking forward to welcoming you all back!

Nice location. At no fault of the owners-one of the elevators broke the first day we arrived- which never got repaired for the entire 6 days. On the last day there, another elevator broke. Which left one working elevator. The room was well stocked and great views. The doors going out to the balcony was hard to open, refrigerator took awhile to get cold and the dryer took about 3 hours to dry a load of clothes. We had a great time anyways and made it all work!

We appreciate your understanding and resilience during your stay, and we hope to welcome you back for an even better visit next time.

This property was great being right on the beach. However it is an older unit so keep that in mind. Lots of moisture in air - sitting on furniture almost felt damp. Condo smelled musty. I had to ask for new air filter that looked like hadn’t been replaced this year (arrived a couple days later and I changed it myself). Communication back was quick but to get maintenance person to unit took over 24 hours. Kitchen light didn’t work. Maintenance came 24hrs later and worked that night but not the next day. Didn’t bother following up. Nice to have washer/dryer. Kitchen supplies are stocked. Curtain in master don’t go all the way to floor and not blackout so light comes in early. Again, it was fine 2 bedroom but felt like everything was older in person than looks in the pictures.

Due to finding bugs in the condo, around midnight we were informed that our reservation was being canceled and that we had to leave so the unit could be properly cleaned and fumigated. We were not offered another condo or any assistance with relocation, leaving us 11 hours from home with our children and grandchild and nowhere to stay during our vacation. As a result, we had to book another condo at our own expense. We spent an entire day of our vacation searching for accommodations, repacking our belongings, taking precautions to prevent transferring pests to our luggage and personal items, and relocating instead of relaxing and enjoying time with our family as planned. This experience was far more than an "inconvenience," as it was described to us. It completely altered our vacation in multiple ways and caused significant stress and unexpected expenses.Additionally, there was mold on and underneath the hide-a-bed mattress, as well as mold on the ceiling above the bathroom shower.
