We booked for Lollapalooza and loved the place. The owners were very communicative. The apartment was spacious, comfy, and clean. It was close to everything and had a kitchen. (That was very convenient.) The only negative was that it is right next to the L tracks, but the owners provided sound machines which really helped with the noise. The price was great, too. It was less expensive than renting two hotel rooms and way more spacious. We will definitely be back!

There is no sound insulation whatsoever so the train is very noisy at night - and I was visiting from nyc and very accustomed to lots of traffic at night. They did not mention the second floor of the building is a smoke shop that permits indoor smoking. The rooms do not smell like smoke but the lobby and elevator are insufferable. Check in was super easy but we had some issues with the thermostat and you’re just messaging with an AI bot, you can’t get a human being to help if there are problems. Rooms were as pictured.

Easy access to all areas. However the train is right outside. So you will here it every 15-20 minutes until roughly 1 am. This made it difficult to sleep at first but was able to get use to it with ear plugs.

Property is in great shape and comfortable. Thw location is very a r convenient to the parks, Magnificent Mile, and CTA. The one major drawback is it is located next to the L which passes by the property every 15-20 minutes from 6 am thru 2 am. Ear plugs and white noise machine provided but were not very effective.

The location and property are great. Everything is in walking distance. The property itself was very clean and nice. Only reason not 5 stars was the noise. The trains run right outside the windows so sleeping is difficult. They do offer ear plugs and noise machine but the trains are so loud that it didn't work for me.
