Sind sehr zufrieden gewesen mit der Lage und der Ausstattung der Wohnung. Ein Minuspunkt ist der Fahrradkeller. Hier ist deutlicher verbessungs Bedarf. Ein 24 kg Fahrrad dort herunter bzw. auch wieder hoch zu bringen ist bereits eine Herausforderung und es ist kaum Platz in dem Raum. Es stehen sehr viele Fahrräder die schon Jahre nicht mehr bewegt wurden.

Es war ein schöner Urlaub mit einer schönen Unterkunft. Die Begrüßungsmappe könnte noch optimiert werden, z.B. Busfahrpläne. Ein Wunsch an die Urlauber: Bitte melden Sie doch einfach kleine notwendige Reparaturen beim Büro (in der Wohnung gingen 2 Leuchten nicht) -- dann wird es sofort repariert.

Gute Unterkunft

Der Fußweg bis zum See ist etwas weit, ansonsten gibt es nichts zu bemängeln, freundliche Damen an der Rezeption, sauberes Apartment (wirkt auf den Fotos größer, als in Wirklichkeit 😉), Check-in und -out waren sehr schnell erledigt.. Ist empfehlenswert!

Wir haben gut geschlafen und mit dera Ausstattung kann man eine Woche Urlaub gut zurechtkommen. Der Fahrradkeller ist etwas schwer zugänglich. Da wäre es wünschenswert eine Möglichkeit zu haben ohne das Fahrrad die Treppe runter zu tragen.

Hallo, liebe Mitarbeiter, besser geht es nicht! Unsere Ferienwohnung war top, sauber, gemütliche Einrichtung und der Seeblick im 2. Stock, einfach genial. Die Verwaltung: super nett, hilfsbereit, Qualität top, und ganz besonders hevorzuheben, der Semmelstand mit netter Bedienung. Auch der Ort Immenstaad ist wunderschön, tolle Gaststätten und Badestrand. Wir hatten keinerlei Corona Einschränkungen. Der Bodensee ist immer eine Reise wert. LG Buchner und Mayer
