Beautiful Rotonda West furnished and very well equipped home backing onto the Broadmoor Park lake for added privacy . You can do fishing from your back yard. ( Catch and release Bass, Carp, Sun fish and other ). South facing pool with available electric heater for swimming no matter what time of year it is. Lanai accessed through sliders via family room, great room, dinette or master bedroom. Three good sized bedrooms, baths in both bathrooms as well as walk-in shower in master bathroom. Home has 1,869 sq ft under air, high ceilings. Located on quiet loop street with many upscale homes surrounding it. This area has everything to offer. Rotonda has 5 golf courses. World class beaches, Boca Grande & Englewood are within just 8 - 12 miles. Many marinas surround Rotonda for some of the best boating and fishing in Florida. There are 4 major airports within 100 miles for easy snowbird commuting including Punta Gorda with 20 nonstop locations just 17 miles away.
