Welcome to coconut Palms where families, significant others, friends and colleagues will feel at home. Once you pull in to the property, you will feel the oasis vibe and tranquility. The home starts your voyage in a tropical setting then when you step in the house you will feel like you stepped into a Time Machine that takes you to the 1950’s with the vintage Mid-Century modern decor. Then the open floor plan will get you back into the time machine where the destination will be paradise island, where the real fun starts, with the pool and spa…here comes the laughter, fun and great memories. Coconut Palms is a place to provide the opportunity to create new memories, get away from the hustle and bustle, relax, laugh, and just live in the moment with your family, loved ones, friends and colleagues.

The house was very clean and well equipped. The pool area and screen inclosure was really nice. Spent most of our time there. The host was very responsive to my questions. We had no issues with the property. The kitchen was well equipped. I highly recommend!

A backyard oasis.

We enjoyed exploring this part of Englewood especially the Lemon Bay Neighborhood. Mostly we enjoyed swimming and sitting by the heated pool reading surrounded by the lush tropical gardens. There were plenty of pool toys. We cooked most of our meals in the house since Publix was an easy walk.

We loved our stay!

We loved our stay at the Coconut Palms. The house was super clean and stocked full of everything you could possibly need! Jose communication is top-notch, super fast to reply and assist. We had so much fun in the pool and hot tub, there are plenty of pool toys to use. We took advantage of the close by beaches and found lots of great shark teeth at both Manasota Key and Venice. The location was great to get to experience many different beaches near by. We had such a great time at this house I’d highly recommend it!

The best of the best!

This place and Jose deserve more than 10 stars! Absolutely beautiful and clean home. Very spacious, the pool was great and the little tropical oasis out back making you feel like you are literally in your own little world! They had all the things you could think of! His communication was top notch, great sense of humor and gave recommendations for stuff around the area! The house is centrally located to a lot of things! Drives to different beaches weren’t that far! Highly, highly, highly recommend booking! We will without a doubt be booking again!

Prime location, Beautiful Oasis!

The property was exactly what was advertised. There are so many listings that try to hype up their homes, but this one was exactly what the pictures were. HUGE pool and spa. Looking from the outside the house doesn’t look huge, but it was nice, clean, spacious. The owner let us check in early which was super nice because our flight came in a bit early. We initially thought the house had a hot tub, but it was just a spa- although it did heat up like a hot tub, just less bubbles. The owner did mention that they are looking into upgrades which I think would make this even better. Also regarding the pool, the neighbor blew their lawn mowing dust all over the pool and deck, and we didn’t swim for a day and a half so that part sucked especially because we had 4 young kids. The owner had his pool guy out to clean on their regular cleaning day and the pool was spotless (the lanai was still covered with a layer of dust) . It was kind of out of the owners control to an extent, but more expeditious cleaning would have been nice- or a discount for not being able to use pool for that day.The house also had tons of pool toys, chairs for ocean, bikes, and everything you need for the beach available. Was super nice to not need to rent or buy any of that!Overall, we had a blast. The house was exactly what we needed for our family, and Jose was a phenomenal host who was super quick to respond. Recommend to anyone on edge!
