Mornings begin slowly here — walk or bike toward Fort Lauderdale Beach, spend the afternoon near the water, and return home to a calm, residential setting.



The home was designed for guests who value thoughtful interiors, warm coastal textures, functional comfortable spaces, and a sense of ease that lasts beyond a weekend. Natural light fills the shared living areas, creating an open yet grounded environment. The layout supports both connection and privacy — making it ideal for couples, small groups, or longer seasonal stays.



Indoor and outdoor living flow seamlessly. Doors open to a private pool and hot tub, a covered outdoor lounge that stays comfortable on the hottest afternoons, a gas grill, outdoor shower, and a dining area that fits all 15.
