Welcome to our spectacular house in Recoleta! This is the perfect place for those looking to enjoy Buenos Aires' vibrant cultural and culinary scene, as it's just steps from the action.
The house features three bedrooms and two bathrooms, making it ideal for large groups or families. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals and also includes a separate laundry room.
In addition, there are two single sofa beds and a crib available, making it perfect for groups with young children. We've also equipped each room with air conditioning so you can enjoy a comfortable stay any time of year.
The property can accommodate the number of guests.
We also offer high-speed internet so you can stay connected at all times.

Guest Access:
We use a tool called 'HOSPY' to verify guest identity. Guests must upload their ID or passport in order to receive their check-in instructions. They can then choose to pay for Early Check-In or Late Check-Out for each extra hour they need, based on the average nightly rate. Additionally, they must upload a credit card (in the name of one of the guests) as a guarantee in case of any damages. Check-in instructions are displayed on 'HOSPY' half an hour before the usual check-in time or the time they have paid for.
Plus, you can use it to pay for early arrivals (hourly), late departures (hourly), extensions, excursions, and more. In our app you will find your Check In instructions and you will also have your access codes one hour before the usual check-in time.

Recoleta offers several transportation options for travelers to and from the Ezeiza and Jorge Newbery Airports, as well as several bus lines and subways close to the property.

Our guests can request an early check-in or a late check-out, paying an additional half day, with check-in at 10:00 or check-out at 16:00 (if there is availability). If you wish to check in before 10:00 AM, or stay beyond 4:00 PM, you will need to add a full day to your stay (if available). We can also store your luggage for a few hours in the event that you do not wish to pay an additional fee or there is no availability.
