2-Bedroom Apartment for 4 with Pool Access in Las Cañitas, Buenos Aires

Overlooking the building's gardens and pool from the first floor, this 80m² apartment blends a separate full kitchen with two comfortable bedrooms — one with a double bed, one with two singles — perfect for family or business stays. Las Cañitas' restaurant strip is minutes away, with Bosques de Palermo and the Campo Argentino de Polo just a short walk further. Behind every detail, a team with nearly 20 years managing stays across Buenos Aires.

For security purposes, our Guest Service team will be asking you to complete personal information for all guests (full name and ID number) after your booking is confirmed. This info will be checked upon check-in.

Las Cañitas is Buenos Aires' most concentrated restaurant strip, with over thirty options along Báez, Arévalo and Ortega y Gasset — parrilla, sushi, and everything in between. The Campo Argentino de Polo and Bosques de Palermo are a short walk away, and Ministro Carranza subte station is about ten minutes on foot.

Access will be provided at the front desk. Please be sure to provide the full name and ID of all guests to the Guest Service staff so the building's security team has your information in advance.

80m² on the first floor, facing the building's gardens and pool instead of the street. Two bedrooms — one with a double bed, one with two singles — share a separate full kitchen and a spacious living-dining room, with two full bathrooms for added privacy. Wifi and a Smart TV round out the space, and guests have access to the building's gym, playground and courtesy parking.

Ministro Carranza subte station (Line D) is about ten minutes on foot, and several bus lines run along Luis María Campos and Dorrego just steps from the building. Taxis and rideshares are always within easy reach for door-to-door trips.

Courtesy parking in the building is available for up to two hours. The pool is open seasonally in summer, and access to it, the gym and other amenities is for registered guests only.

Lovely place. Had Great amenities only problem we speak English and there wasnt english speaking directions on how to turn on the gas stove, open the front door, or watch TV.So we did without TV and ate out daily. Diections to grocery storeband restauants would of been nice as well. Otherwise it was a lovely place.

Our Stay

Location was good, with restaurants and the Subte within walking distance. The only problem we encountered was check-in at the gated complex. We we able to contact VRBO by phone, and our problem was solved in about 30 mins.

The beds were too hard and the cooking pans were not in good shape. There's no exhaust fans in the bathrooms. There were also ants.

The condo complex was very nice. Bonus was 24 hour doorman meaning security was great. The apartment was as advertised though one bedroom was roomy with en-suite bathroom, and the other was small and bathroom across the hall. The kitchen was great. Living area with dining table great. Patio- great. A/C and hot water - great. We stayed 10 days and asked for clean towels halfway through, and were told to use the communal washing machines. We choose not to spend our time doing that. Communication was not excellent but eventually adequate. Overall- I would recommend this apartment!

NIce place, nice location

This apartment was in an excellent location and was a nice place. We really enjoyed the balcony and the little welcome gifts were appreciated. We did have an issue with the water at one point during our stay which was unfortunate and it was quite difficult to get it resolved due not really knowing where to turn but the property managers did rectify that situation well and I would recommend this property to others . Thank you for a nice experience overall and taking care of any issues. It is appareciated!
