The condo has FREE secure WiFi and FREE Long Distance calling to U.S. and Canada. There is an app operated laundry on each floor; option for credit card payments available. This is a No Smoking/No Pets condo. There is both a secure elevator and stairwell available for access. Ask your rental manager about FREE weekday bicycle use. Assigned parking space.
