The comfortable living area is designed for easy vacation living, featuring cozy seating, a sleeper sofa for additional guests, and a Smart TV for evening entertainment. Just beyond, the spacious sunroom invites you to relax with a book, gather for casual meals, or simply take in the peaceful natural surroundings. The dining area seats four, and the fully equipped kitchen offers ample counter space and everything needed to prepare fresh coastal favorites.

The primary bedroom offers a restful escape with a queen bed, a Smart TV, direct access to the sunroom, and a private ensuite bathroom with a tub and shower. The guest bedroom also features a queen bed, Smart TV, and a comfortable chair for quiet moments. A nearby hall bathroom with a walk-in shower and an in-unit washer and dryer adds extra convenience for longer stays.

Located just steps from the fairways of the Ocean Winds Golf Course and a short walk or bike ride to the beach and Seabrook Island Club, this villa places you in the heart of the island’s natural beauty and activities. Seabrook Island Amenities: Your stay does NOT include amenity access for the Seabrook Island Club. If you would like to purchase amenity access for your stay, please get in touch with our local reservations team.

Pool Access: Two oceanfront, community pools at the Seabrook Island Beach Club. Indoor* and outdoor pools at the SIPOA Lake House. *Amenity access required to utilize the Lake House, and additional fees apply for usage of the indoor pool. Daily, weekly, and monthly passes are available.

Beach Access: Beach access is 3/4 of a mile away via Boardwalk #9

Pet Policy: ONE (1) small dog with a maximum weight of 35 lbs. is permitted. An additional pet fee of 250.00 applies per week.

Parking: Maximum number of vehicles is 2. Car pass fee is an additional $45/car.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
