This third floor beach front conddo has an expansive ocean view in the heart of Isle of Palms! 315A is a 1br1ba condo at the Sea Cabin complex located on the Front Beach of Isle of Palms. You will find all the essentials are included for a relaxing stay at one of the most beautiful beaches on the Southeast coastline. In addition, you will be only 10 miles from Historic Charleston and surrounding World Class golf courses.  This is the perfect spot to kick up your feet and relax while enjoying some of the most beautiful sunrises you've ever seen! The location is walking distance to live music, over 12 restaurants, shopping, and a first-class beachfront park is just next door.  The location is also walking distance to a full-service butcher, grocery store, and seafood market. This condo faces the ocean, watch amazing sunsets and sunrises from your balcony. 315A Sea Cabin is nice and simple, clean, well-kept condo. The kitchen has a full-size oven, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker. There is a queen bed in the bedroom, and sleeper sofa in living space. Two small "ship bunks" will provide an exciting space for your little ones to sleep. These bunks are not suited for teens or adults. There are 2 TVs, one in living space and one in the bedroom, both with cable TV. Free Wifi is included. Parking for one vehicle only. Parking is very close when parking on the ocean side of the building. Private community pool, grill area, coin laundry, and access to THE ONLY fishing pier on the Isle of Palms. Whether you want to be busy or simply relax, 315A is perfect for any mood and is hosted by Premier Hosts. Max 4 guests. NO PETS. ONE VEHICLE PASS provided. No golf carts, mopeds, trailers allowed.

315A Sea Cabins is located at 1300 Ocean Boulevard at the "Front Beach" area of Isle of Palms. Walk to the grocery store, restaurants, ice cream shops, and nightlife. You will have private access to the beach access, community pool, and Sea Cabins only ocean pier. You will find sidewalk access for the 350-yard walk to the Harris Teeter grocery store, Subway, the butcher, and some of Isle of Palms' best restaurants. This is the only condo location that provides beach, pool, and pier access. You will not be disappointed by this condo's fun and central location. Sea Cabins on the Front Beach of Isle of Palms awaits and welcomes you!

We had a great stay! The beach view was beautiful, and we loved being so close to both the pool and the beach. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The kids especially loved the bunk beds. We would definitely stay here again!

Beach view was good from 3rd floor but it’s a lot of stairs, no elevator. Room was clean but a little outdated overall. Floors seemed unsteady at some points and shower floor moved a bit. Was close to everything on island and grounds were taken care of. Had some construction but not too loud. Street noise in bedroom was noisy at times but also not much traffic during our stay.

The Sea Cabins condos have been part of the heart of downtown IOP since 1980 where it is easy to walk to restaurants and shops. We were not aware of any construction during your stay. We strive for each guest to have a 5 star stay and wish you had reached out to us while you were here for anything we could have made better.

The property's value is the ocean view. The unit itself is fine but in need of updating. The management company was responsive and provided excellent service. At issue for us was Vrbo's poor treatment of us over an additional, unnecessary fee slipped in for 150. We phoned service within hours of the fee we found and were stonewalled. I phoned service, wrote Vrbo and discussed with the management company. We were told it was their policy not to return the fee. It soured our experience and has us looking for alternatives for booking travel.
