Beary Comfy is a two-bedroom cabin in Sevierville, sitting about five miles from The Island in Pigeon Forge and five from downtown Gatlinburg.
Two bathrooms, three beds, sleeping six. A king upstairs, a queen on the main level, and a third bed.
The hot tub is out on the deck. Inside there's a jetted tub, a pool table, and a gas fireplace that runs October through March. Smart TVs throughout, and you can sign into your own streaming accounts rather than working out someone else's.
The kitchen is fully equipped, and there's a charcoal grill down in the parking area if you'd rather cook outside — bring your own charcoal.
Distances - The Island, Pigeon Forge: 5 miles - Downtown Gatlinburg: 5 miles - Dollywood: 7 miles - Great Smoky Mountains National Park: about 20 minutes
Getting here The road in is a mountain road and a car is essential. [Matthew — this section needs the real detail. Your OwnerRez tags say "Windy or steep roads" and "Friction - High", and right now the listing says nothing about it. Tell me what the approach actually involves — grade, surface, whether AWD matters in winter, how many steps to the door — and I'll write it properly. Guessing at it would be worse than leaving it out.]
Also worth knowing - Six guests across two bedrooms means the third sleeping space is outside a bedroom, so this suits a family or a group comfortable with that rather than three couples wanting separate rooms. - The gas fireplace runs October through March.
All guests review and sign a rental agreement before check-in, and we recommend travel insurance. Hot tubs are drained, sanitized and refilled between stays, so yours may still be warming on the first night.
Your stay includes $940.00 in complimentary activities. Just by booking with us, you’ll receive free tickets, every day of your stay to top activities like Dollywood, Ober Gatlinburg Aerial Tramway, and more. (One free admission per activity, per day)
**Magnolia Vacation Rentals is not liable for any disruptions, damages, or cancellations caused by acts of God or weather-related events. In accordance with health and safety regulations, all hot tubs are drained, sanitized, and refilled between guest stays. As a result, the hot tub may require additional time to reach optimal temperature and may not be fully heated the first night of your stay. All guests are required to review and sign a renter’s agreement prior to check-in. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your reservation against unexpected changes or emergencies.**

We had a great time at the cabin. Very roomie and everything was clean and in order. We will definitely try and stay at the same cabin again next year.
The communication throughout our stay was amazing! We had a little mishap with the oven the first night but the host responded immediately and had a repair man out the next day. The views are amazing and the hot tub was relaxing. We definitely will be staying again!
Cabin was clean and nice. Beds were comfortable. Good communication with host. If you like high up in the mountains, this is the cabin for you. Beware of narrow and curvy roads, and bears!!
The cabin was in a very scenic location in the smokies with close proximity to pigeon forge and Gatlinburg. The pool table and arcade machine were a very nice addition to our stay. The host was also extremely helpful and checked in throughout our stay to make sure everything was going smoothly. Overall a wonderful stay for our vacation!
This was a very nice cabin. But I was not as clean as I would expect. We arrived late in the evening and were ready to climb in bed. But when we pulled back the covers on the queen sized bed there were white specks on the black sheets. In the morning I washed all the bed sheets and blankets. When I pulled off the pillowslips the pillows were gross. Also the kitchen floor was sticky and the fans were caked with dust. I also pulled off the large bear on the rail so I could use the rail and the bear was very sticky. Also as we used the dishes we would need to clean them before use. We would find food or lint on the dishes. After we cleaned we did enjoy the cabin. And it did have a great view and the hot tub was very nice and it was on the edge of the mountain.

Disliked: Cleanliness, communication, location
First, The location and aesthetic have so much potential, and we truly came into this wanting to love it.Unfortunately, the issues kept piling up throughout the stay. At first, we tried to overlook things hearing what sounded like a rat somewhere in the cabin, the large amount of dead/alive insects and spiders, and even trash under the beds and around the property. The biggest disappointment was the “game room,” which is heavily featured in the listing and part of what justified the price. The pool table was essentially unplayable: peeling felt, warped/divoted surfaces causing balls to roll off course, and almost every cue missing a tip except one child-sized stick. The dart board was comically rough, board games were incomplete or broken, and even the puzzle was missing pieces. We reached out and were told maintenance may come during our stay, but the next message we received 3 days later was simply checkout instructionsThe biggest concern became safety. My two year old was scratched by exposed staples sticking out of a broken coffee table panel, which also snagged her dress. Later, while charging a tablet, my husband noticed a burning smell from an outletCombined with outdated/disabled smoke detectors, it made us genuinely uncomfortable in a wooden cabinI genuinely try to be understanding because cabins aren’t perfect and things happen but this stay felt more neglected than cared for, especially considering the price point and presentation online.Check out was easy
We absolutely loved staying at this cabin. It was in a perfect location - close enough to everything yet far enough away that it was quiet and you felt like you were away from the crowds. We had everything we needed to cook while we were there and there was plenty to do if you decided to stay in. I would definitely recommend this cabin to anyone and will see if I can book it again the next time we are in the area. Property management was also easy to communicate with and was very responsive to a small issue we reported with the stove. We also had a bear visit us one morning when we got up early to go look for bears.
