The dream of a family holiday for young and old alike comes true in this villa. Built in 2020, this holiday home impresses not only with its spaciousness and large, light-filled rooms. Its unique location in the Schlei Baltic Sea Fjord Nature Reserve, with views of the Schlei estuary and the active lighthouse, makes it easy for guests to unwind and relax on one of the four terraces. The small sandy beach is less than a minute’s walk away and is perfect for the littlest ones to dig in the sand and splash around.

A luxury villa with sun all day long and a fenced-in garden, as well as two high-quality play structures for climbing, running around, and playing hide-and-seek, offers the perfect setting to enjoy a relaxing getaway with the whole family. A wood-burning stove, a Finnish sauna with a sea view, and a freestanding bathtub overlooking the Schlei and the Baltic Sea also offer perfect holiday moments for adults.

Villa King features a spacious living-dining area on the ground floor with a view of the Schlei estuary and the Baltic Sea. The open-concept kitchen offers everything to make a home cook’s heart sing, and you can enjoy the ocean view even while cooking. The cosy dining table is perfect for social game nights by the fireplace—even the little ones can sit comfortably at the table with the two high chairs provided. The Nintendo Wii provides plenty of variety and encourages active family evenings.
The light-filled ground floor features a panoramic glass front facing the water. Large sliding doors with screens provide access to the wraparound terrace, which is furnished with high-quality patio furniture and seats up to 10 people. This is a wonderful spot to grill and enjoy the sunset over the Schlei while sipping a sundowner.

The ground floor features a bedroom with a king-size bed, a shower room, and an utility room with a washing machine and dryer, as well as a coat closet.

In addition to a south-facing terrace, the upper floor features the master bedroom with a breathtaking view of the Schlei and the Baltic Sea, a spa-style bathroom with a sauna and a freestanding bathtub, another shower room, and a gorgeous children’s room with a loft bed. The upper bunk is 80 cm wide, and the lower bunk is 140 cm wide. A stair gate ensures that even the youngest children can relax safely on the upper floor.

From the upper floor, a staircase leads to the rooftop terrace with a 360-degree panoramic view. Cosy lounge furniture is provided here for romantic evenings under the starry sky. The incredible view across the Schlei estuary to the open Baltic Sea all the way to Denmark provides the perfect backdrop to not only see the sea but also feel it.

The entire holiday home is equipped with electric sunshades and privacy screens, as well as child-safe outlets. The adjacent carport has space for two cars, and an electric vehicle charging station is available. Bicycles can be safely stored in the small guest shed.
