Our recently renovated home is equipped with central heating and air conditioning, which on hot summers and cold winters there is nothing to worry about as the temperature can be adjusted to your comfort level.
Our spacious and updated kitchen has all new appliances, to include a dishwasher to make cooking and cleaning up easy. For guests who want to cook, we have a fully stocked pantry with pots and pans, a blender, cookie sheets, plenty of seasonings and plastic containers to put the food away in the fridge. The refrigerator is equipped with an automatic ice maker so no need to buy ice on hot summers you want an extra cold drink.

There is a half bathroom on the 1st floor for convenience.

The living room is bright and comfortable with a 65” Smart TV for family gatherings. There is a designated work area for business travelers or students who need to work on their laptop or tablet. The dining area seats 4 comfortably.

Upstairs you can find a King Sze bed in the spacious master bedroom and a full size bed in the 2nd bedroom. The second full large bathroom includes a shower/tub combo for those who enjoy a hot bath. Shampoo, conditioner and liquid bath soap are included.

On hot days you can enjoy sitting in the airy private patio and take in the warm breeze. At night, the patio lights 💡 will come on and you can enjoy cool nights until the morning sun sets. Sometimes you may forget you’re in a bustling city, that’s how cozy and peaceful it is.

The neighborhood is vibrant with culture and you can find so many international cuisines like Indian, Caribbean and Asian just minutes away! The neighbors are friendly,..the neighborhood has been going through revitalization for the past ten years now, so this particular street is safe and quiet.
