This spacious 90 m² house is located in Puerto de Sóller, a port town in the north of sunny Mallorca, in the Balearic Islands. The house features a living room with fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms, and a bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests. Amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning in all rooms including the living room and kitchen, satellite TV, and a washing machine. The house is child-friendly, and a crib and high chair can be provided upon request.



Enjoy spectacular mountain views and the furnished garden, sunbathe on the covered terrace, or cook on the private barbecue area. The outdoor area also has a shower. The house is conveniently located just a 3-minute walk from restaurants, bars, and public transport connections in Puerto de Sóller. The Platja des Traves and Port de Sóller beaches are only a 3 to 5-minute drive (1 to 1.5 km) away along the picturesque promenade. The area offers excellent outdoor activities, such as hiking at Cova des Migdia and Puig de Balitx, just 10 minutes (1.5 km) by car or accessible by public transport. Puerto de Sóller also has numerous cycling routes winding through stunning mountain and coastal scenery. Palma de Mallorca Airport is a 37-minute (35.7 km) drive from the house.

Super apartment and helpful host

Pros: The apartment was very clean and decorated beautifully with all amenities. About 6-8 minutes to the seafront. It’s a very nice resort to stay in and good for couples and families.

Schöne Winterferien in modern eingerichteter Wohnung verbracht.

Pros: Die Wohnung liegt im 1. OG eines Mehrfamilienhauses. Geräusche von den Nachbarn waren zu hören, haben uns aber nicht weiter gestört, da es nachts ruhig war. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefüht. Die Klimaanlage haben wir bei Tiefsttemperaturen (draußen) von ca. 10 °C zum heizen genutzt, wenn wir in der Wohnung waren, was wunderbar funktioniert hat. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Die Saftpresse haben wir jeden Tag für Orangensaft genutzt. Es gab 2 Kaffemaschinen, eine Senseo u. eine neue Kapselmaschine. Die Plastikstühle auf den Fotos waren bequem sind aber nur noch als Ersatz in der Abstellkammer. Die neuen Holzstühle in der Küche sehen schick aus, wir fanden sie aber unbequem und nicht gerade rückenfeundlich. Fernseher ist schön groß mit deutschen Programmen (Sat). Zum Strand, Straßenbahn, kleinen Supermärkten und Bus-Stopp sind es jeweils nur 10 min Gehzeit. Parkplätze gibt es nur am Straßenrand, was im Winter kein Problem war. Carmen war über WhatsApp gut zu erreichen :-)

Bonito apartamento

Muy buena estancia, la casa igual que las fotos y muy bien equipada (quizá buscaría alguna manera de proteger de los mosquitos, cada noche nos picaban). Ningún problema con las mascotas y la anfitriona muy amable.

Toller Aufenthalt in schöner Wohnung

Wir waren 6 Nächte in der Wohnung in Port de Sollér. Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist gut, fußläufig liegt der Strand und ein Supermarkt in der Nähe. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin lief reibungslos und auch ihre Tipps waren hilfreich. Alles in allem: eine tolle Zeit bei einem sehr guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis!
