BOOKING POLICIES & REQUIREMENTS

• Cancellation Policy: We adhere strictly to our cancellation terms. Travel insurance is strongly recommended and will be offered after booking.

• Reservation Requirements: A signed vacation rental agreement and valid government-issued photo ID are required within 48 hours of booking.

HOUSE GUIDELINES

• Primary guest must be at least 25 years old and present for the duration of the stay
• No diving, swimming, or wading from dock - bottom is shelly
• No pets, parties or events
• Quiet hours observed from 10 PM to 8 AM
• No smoking or vaping inside the home
