Great area with beautiful views from the dock. Easy sidewalk access to downtown from under the bridge so there’s no hassle dealing with the traffic or parking with a short walk to dining and shopping. The kitchen is fully stocked with kitchenware and seasonings so you are able to cook meals. The host thought of everything to make our stay so easy without worrying about the things we would usually forget. Weather was a bit rainy so we did enjoy some activities indoors. They had plenty of games for us!

We had a fantastic time. The view was spectacular. Beds were comfortable.Close to everything. Every restaurants were fantastic and in walking distance. I would stay here again. We did have some difficulty finding location as it was across Rt 24. Also, Elm and South Elm are one in the same

Excellent Stay

The cottage was perfect for us to spend time with our grandson. We fished on the dock and at the point. Everything at the cottage was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay.

Great getaway

The cottage was everything described and more. We used the beach chairs one day to meet family on the beach for a lovely day! We walked to several restaurants and shops and we had one of the most relaxing enjoyable vacations ever.

What a gem!

Relaxing stay in a great location

We had such a wonderful weekend here! The house is conveniently located, clean and comfortables with a great dock and back yard! My Mother-in-law said she had the best sleep she’d had in years! We’re already checking our calendars to see when we can come back😊

Charming with great location.

Very close to beaches and shopping. Lovely view from the backyard. A little noisy from the highway and construction going on at the restaurant next door, but once you were inside the house, it wasn't very noticeable. The house was wonderful, comfortable and clean.

Idyllic spot

We visitors this property for a short visit. We found it charming and convenient. There is a wall of windows that face east and in the morning at sunrise the space is bathed in a beautiful golden yellow. We loved it.
