This is our first time back since Ian and Sanibel does not disappoint. The Condo has a nice view of the property and the gulf. We really appreciated the comfortable furniture and all the necessary kitchen items. This condo has everything you need. The hosts were great with information on access, parking and also things that were happening on island during our stay. I also found the Sanibel History book was very interesting. Wonderful Relaxing Fun!

Perfect Family Vacation!

Susan and Ken's clean, well-appointed condo was perfect for our family of five! We enjoyed all that Sanibel has to offer including biking and kayaking as well as relaxing on the beach. We will definitely return!

Just lovely!

There can't be a prettier place! Our stay was wonderful! The grounds are beautiful, quiet, and so enjoyable. I would recommend Sanibel Island to anyone who is looking for a relaxing week at the beach! Seashells galore, great restaurants and the condo was excellent!

Fantastic vacation

We had a wonderful stay at Ken and Susan Brown's condo. The condo was clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything our family of 6 needed for the week. Ken and Susan were great to rent from, and we are looking forward to returning some day.

Wonderful stay!

This was our first time traveling to Sanibel. The condo was wonderful and fully stocked with what we needed. We loved sitting on the lanai and having coffee. The easy access to the beach made it great for our two small children. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay!

Pointe Santo

We had an amazing stay at this property over Thanksgiving! It is clean, well manicured, well-staffed, and has great amenities. We enjoyed our condo a great deal and loved the access to the beach as well as being near stores and trails to hike/bike. It was perfect for our family.

Best place to stay on the Island!

This was our second year at this condo and I have nothing but great things to say about it! It’s clean, it’s updated, it has everything you could need or want in the kitchen. The owners are fabulous and property is meticulously kept. I can’t imagine visiting Sanibel and not staying here!
