Island Beach Club 320C is a vacation rental condo on Sanibel Island. This property is managed by Select Vacation Properties~ A wall of windows and wrap-around lanai gives you a very nice view of the Gulf of Mexico. You will be only 200 ft. from the front door to the beach! This 3rd floor 2 bedroom / 2 bath spacious 1300 sq ft. beautifully furnished condo (sleeps 4). It features a fully equipped kitchen, separate laundry room and TV's. In addition, this condo also offers its own personal wi-fi to help maximize your speed and availability. Relax on the spacious lanai or enjoy the large, heated pool. This quiet complex on West Gulf Drive has large grass areas with many palm trees, covered parking, a secure storage area and more.

This inviting condo is also pet friendly, so If you would like to bring your furry family member, we are glad to accommodate you! Please be aware that there is an additional $250 occupancy fee for pet stays. This is a convenience fee and does not cover cleaning, maintenance, damage, or other expenses incurred, required, or associated with hosting a pet. If you have additional questions regarding damage or cleaning costs, please refer to our terms & conditions, or ask one of our friendly associates. A perfect Sanibel vacation awaits you!

Great Trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit is nice. It's clean, and well appointed. The management company could have provided a bit more toilet paper and soap. Considering the condition of this area of the island last year, I was surprised how beautiful the grounds and pool were. We LOVE this area of the island, and happy to see things are getting back to normal.
