Great Trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit is nice. It's clean, and well appointed. The management company could have provided a bit more toilet paper and soap. Considering the condition of this area of the island last year, I was surprised how beautiful the grounds and pool were. We LOVE this area of the island, and happy to see things are getting back to normal.

Hi Joyce, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We’re so glad to hear you found the condo clean, well-appointed, and that you were pleasantly surprised by how beautiful the grounds and pool look — it truly means a lot as the island continues to recover. We’re happy you love this area as much as we do! We also appreciate your note regarding the starter supplies. We do provide an initial set of essentials, though we understand it may not always be enough for longer stays, and your feedback is very helpful as we continue to improve the guest experience. Thank you again for staying with us, and we hope to welcome you back soon. Sincerely, Your Select Vacation Properties Team

Very Enjoyable Place to Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: IBC is right on the beach. The unit offers a great view of the water and the beach. It was clean and stocked with what was important to get started. Also, it is located so that the drive to various stores and restaurants is easy. If you like running or biking, the bike/running path is across the road and provides a 4-5 mile trail. The folks at Select Vacation Properties are wonderful - real people and not AI Robots. Our dogs loved it. We already reserved two more stays for 2026 and 2027.

We believe great hospitality comes from real people who genuinely care about creating memorable experiences, and we're so grateful you recognized that. The fact that you've already reserved stays for both 2026 and 2027 is the highest compliment we could receive. We can't wait to welcome you back for two more wonderful Sanibel vacations!
