The house features two bathrooms, each with a shower and hair dryer for convenience. A cozy living room with a smart TV and games for family fun. Features a fully stocked laundry room with iron and ironing board that doubles as a safe room for our Texas storms. With excellent heating and cooling, comfort is always withing reach. This awesome homes invites you to enjoy a marvelous stay where every detail is designed with guests in minds. A gated back entrance offers ample room for your boat or watercraft! Wooded backyard offers relaxation by the firepit, a gas grill, family games and bird watching. Just 5 minutes from historic downtown Granbury, you'll find a boat ramp, lots of great restaurants, bars, a winery, boutiques, specialty shops and don't forget the beautiful historic courthouse on the Square! Granbury offers free boat ramps close to home and in many locations to choose from!

Maggie’s place was a great place to stay! Convenient to the lake, but not priced like lakefront properties. The house is nicely decorated and has some special amenities that we appreciated, like the s’mores basket, toothbrushes, and dog treats. We will definitely be back!
