The Regental holiday rental is located on the upper floor and can be reached via the staircase. The shared garden offers a variety of activities, including a small animal enclosure, a bocce court, and a trampoline. The garden also invites you to snack on fresh fruits and vegetables. Free Wi-Fi is available. Entertainment is provided by a TV with satellite and Magenta TV (including a Netflix account), Bluetooth speakers, and a radio. Board and card games are also available. The holiday rental has two bathrooms. One bathroom is equipped with a large shower and bathtub, sink, and toilet. The second bathroom also features a shower, sink, and toilet. The heart of the home is the kitchen, which offers every comfort. The kitchen counter with bar stools is situated right next to a large window offering a view of the Regental valley. The kitchen is ideal for larger groups, families, and people who enjoy cooking. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed, sofa, closet, and armchair. The sofa can be converted into a comfortable bed that sleeps up to 2 people. Another guest room features two beds, a closet, and an armchair. The corner couch in the living room can be converted into two beds with their own mattresses, providing space for two additional guests. This means that up to eight people can spend their holiday in one apartment. Payment can be made in cash, by debit/credit card, or via bank transfer prior to arrival. A 20% deposit may be charged after booking. Check-in is available starting at 3:00 PM. Check-out is from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Keys are handed over in person or via a key safe. No pets allowed. A baby bed or rollaway bed is available upon request. Included services: Wi-Fi, towels, bed linens, final cleaning, parking, hair dryer, makeup mirror.
