We’re very sorry about the A/C issue, especially with the extreme July heat and having young children and seniors in your group. We understand how uncomfortable that first night must have been. Our team responded as quickly as possible, and we’re glad the technician was able to restore the A/C the following morning, particularly since HVAC technicians can be difficult to schedule during a stay. Regarding the floors and empty shower gel dispensers, we’re sorry these were missed. These concerns were not reported during your stay, which limited our opportunity to send housekeeping to address them. As for compensation, any refund request for the night without A/C needs to be reviewed and assessed by our team, including the circumstances and outside temperature. We typically recommend handling compensation requests through the booking platform to ensure they are properly reviewed and documented. We never want compensation to feel like an exchange for a positive review. We appreciate your feedback and will use it to improve how we handle situations like this moving forward.
