I booked a 77 night stay at this property. On arrival, I was unable to access the unit as the door code provided did not work. The unit was dirty on check in. There was mold on the inside of the shower curtain. There was no fitted sheet on the mattress. There are two basement windows, one of which does not have a screen so could not be used in the summer due to the mosquitos. The basement window wells were full of garbage, the rear window well even had used diapers dumped in it. I had to clean these out myself. The property generally outside is poorly maintained. It’s covered in weeds, construction debris and garbage. I had to argue with the host to try to get this cleaned up and after several complaints, they only did a partial job of cleaning this up. The property continues to be poorly maintained. Communication with the host was frustrating. They were apologetic in their response to my complaints, but did n not offer solutions to remedy the issues I was complaining about. The unit upstairs is also managed by them and you would get loud renters who would violate the rules regarding noise at night. I was woken up several times through the night by one groups staying upstairs throughout their stay. The host did not terminate their stay early nor offer any compensation to me for this. Overall I was disappointed with what I paid for. I would not stay here again.
