Perched on the 14th floor of Mustang Towers, this beautifully appointed 2-bedroom, 2-bath ocean-view condo offers front-row seats to sunrises, soaring pelicans, and endless blue water — all from your private balcony.

Primary bedroom: King bed + ensuite bath
Second bedroom: Queen bed + twin bunk beds
🚪 Sliding partition door in primary suite for added privacy
🛋️ Spacious living area with sectional sofa, chairs, cable TV & WiFi
🍽️ Dining table seats 6 for meals and game nights
☕ Fully stocked kitchen with drip coffee maker + Keurig

Unfortunately we do not allow pets at this time. This is a Mustang Towers rule.
We require that the guest booking the house signs a rental agreement and we do require a security deposit hold on a cc that is released after your trip as long as there are no incidentals or damages (much like a hotel does).
We provide a few rolls of toilet paper and paper towels and a few trash bags to get you started but you will want to bring more if you will be staying for more than a few days. We also provide dishwasher pods, laundry pods, plenty of hand soap and dish soap.
Towels: We do provide bath towels for the house but we ask that they stay at the house. We do provide a few beach towels. We do have a washer/dryer onsite if you need to do laundry.
Parking: There is plenty of parking in front of the building. There are two elevators that will take you right to the 14th floor and you may use one of the carts that Mustang Towers offers to take your stuff from the parking area to the room.
Trash: There are trash chutes on each floor. Please make sure trash is in a bag and tied up.
Bugs: We have a pest control company that comes to the property once a month. Unfortunately, because of the climate, roaches loves Port A and if you find one, please let us know immediately and we will have the pest control company come back out to spot treat.
