This cozy, second-floor condo is perfect for a couples getaway! This home has a fully equipped kitchen for easy meal prep as well as a comfortable living room with a flat-screen TV. Guests can also enjoy the shared, heated pool during their stay. And out by the pool, there's plenty of seating and space for afternoon picnics and grilling. This comfortable condo is in a prime location and quiet community, and you can walk to everything the Scottsdale Waterfront has to offer. This condo is also located across from the Scottsdale Fashion Square which has a large variety of restaurants and plenty of upscale shopping. Just a short walk from the condo, visit Old Town Scottsdale, a pedestrian-friendly zone offering unique boutique shops, art galleries, charming cafes, bars, and a handful of popular nightspots. And for those looking for a little adventure in the great outdoors, be sure to hit the Cholla Trailhead of Camelback Mountain just a mile-and-a-half from your front door.

We booked the property as the management companies were being transitioned which complicated communications for me. This forced me to reach out several times for to get the check-in procedures information. When we arrived, we had problems getting into the property (likely caused by the change over). We reached out to our host who remedied the problem quickly - he was easy to reach and even easier to work with. Once we got in, the rest of our stay was great! Thanks

We loved the location, very walkable to Old Town Scottsdale. The mattress, sheets and towels were great. We are not use to having outside noise, and there is quite a bit. The kitchen could use a better skillet, as we always start our day with breakfast, before heading out and the coffee maker needs replaced, the drip mechanism does not work correctly. The toilet paper is commercial grade and terrible, and no kleenex anywhere. I do believe the price reflects what you get, especially during the WM open golf tournament.

The home was located near downtown Scottsdale and a short drive from highways to get around the area. The bed was comfortable and the living area was roomy enough for the two of us.
