Pictures coming soon! One King bed in the primary bedroom and two Queen beds in the guest bedroom. There is also a Queen Sleeper Sofa in the living room allowing this unit to sleep up to 8 people. There is a 55" TV in the living room and 40" TVs in both bedrooms. This unit also includes a DVD player, blender, hand mixer, standard coffee maker, ironing board, vacuum, hair dryers and dryer rack. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Dogs only. There is a strict weight limit of 30 pounds per pet (there is a limit of two pets per condo). The pet fee is $25.00 per night, per pet. The pet fee is payable at check-in. All of our condos are townhouse-style. (Living area downstairs, bedroom/bathroom upstairs). There is an initial flight of stairs to enter the condo. Our minimum age to rent is 25.
