🏡 THE CABIN
Welcome to your Smoky Mountain getaway. This luxury cabin is designed for large families and group stays, with plenty of space to gather, relax, and make memories together.

The main living area features comfortable seating, a gas fireplace, large smart TV, and oversized windows with lots of natural light. The open-concept layout connects the living room, kitchen, and dining area, making it easy for everyone to stay together.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave, Instant Pot, blender, toaster, cookware, dishes, glasses, silverware, and essentials. Three back decks offer outdoor dining furniture, seating, and a charcoal BBQ grill.

The lower level features a heated indoor pool and game room with theater-style TV setup for year-round fun. The cabin is also family-friendly with a wooden crib, high chair, baby silicone dining set, children’s books, and toys.

🚗 PARKING
• Easy access with no steep or windy mountain roads
• Driveway is steep, with multiple parking options
• Parking for up to 6 vehicles

Guests have access to the entire cabin, except for locked owner closets.

• Maximum occupancy is 18 guests.

• No smoking is allowed anywhere inside the cabin and deck.

• The fireplace is available seasonally and is turned off from April 1 through October 1, which is standard for many cabins in the area.

• We provide a starter supply of essentials, including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soap, shampoo, and laundry detergent. For larger groups or longer stays, you may want to bring additional supplies or plan to pick up extras nearby during your trip.

• The indoor pool temperature is typically maintained between 80–84°F.

• Because mountain weather can change quickly, we are unable to offer refunds for weather-related conditions, power outages, road conditions, or other events beyond our control. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for added peace of mind. During winter weather, four-wheel drive is recommended due to the steep parking access.

• Late check-out is not available unless approved in writing in advance. To help our cleaning team prepare the cabin for incoming guests, departures after 10:30 AM without prior approval will incur a $100 fee for every 30 minutes past check-out time.
