The entrance area of the Nordseeidyll building, where the apartment is located, has a hotel-like atmosphere and immediately puts you in a holiday mood.
A high-quality, comfortably furnished apartment awaits you in a prime location, about 400 m from the sandy beach. The holiday rental is located on the ground floor.
Through the small entryway, which features a coat rack, you’ll enter a light-filled, idyllic living-dining area generously furnished in a coastal style. The entire apartment is wheelchair accessible. The state-of-the-art kitchen opens onto the living-dining area and is fully equipped with baking and cooking utensils. Among other things, it features a microwave-oven combination, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.
In the living room, you’ll find a cosy sofa that converts into a high-quality bed offering excellent sleeping comfort, providing sleeping accommodation for two additional guests. You’ll also find a comfortable leather armchair with a footstool that pamper you with warmth and a gentle massage. A 55-inch smart TV ensures top-notch entertainment. From the living area, you can step out onto the large, covered terrace with modern patio furniture and sun loungers. An electric grill is also available here.
Additionally, through the living area and via an elegant sliding glass door, you’ll reach the bedroom, which features a comfortable double box-spring bed, a built-in wardrobe, and a 43-inch smart TV. From here, you can also step directly onto the terrace. To the right of the entryway, a sliding door leads to the chic, modern shower room with a toilet. The large, floor-level summer rain shower with a handrail and an adjustable stool, as well as a towel warmer and an illuminated mirror, ensure the utmost comfort. The shower room is also equipped with a washing machine.

The barrier-free apartment features underfloor heating throughout, free Wi-Fi, and opaque pleated blinds, as well as blackout curtains in the bedroom.
A collection of games is available for your enjoyment. We also provide a foldable handcart to make it easier for you to transport items to the beach, for example.
