Filled with natural light and offering a fantastic ocean view—the “Meerzeit” one-bedroom apartment on the 4th floor of the Helgolandhaus invites you to take a break by the sea. Enjoy the North Sea up close. The large, covered south-facing balcony offers a sweeping view of the Jadebusen. Cosy patio furniture invites you to linger.

The Helgolandhaus is an owner-occupied complex, not a holiday resort. Therefore, considerate behaviour from both guests and owners is expected. The Helgolandhaus is situated on a narrow spit of land between the North Sea and the Great Harbour. Water as far as the eye can see!

The Meerzeit Apartment offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday.

Bright and filled with natural light, you’ll enjoy water views on both sides. You can gaze out at the sea from your bed, and the cosy sofa corner invites you to linger. Wi-Fi and an 80-diagonal-inch TV are available for your entertainment, as are a selection of games and books. The 14-square-meter balcony is equipped with a sun lounger, a deck chair, and a table with two chairs.

Enjoy the ocean view while having breakfast outdoors, or unwind and use the balcony furniture to relax.

The fully equipped kitchen features a ceramic-top stove with an oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and a Senseo pod coffee machine.

Here you can conjure up culinary delights.
The bathroom is also well-equipped. You’ll find a small washing machine, a hair dryer, and 2 dressing gowns here.

A fenced outdoor parking space is also available for your use.
