Our stay at the cabin was fantastic. The host was incredibly responsive, and the cabin itself was modern, spotless, and very comfortable. The amenities were exceptional, and everyone in our family—from ages 8 to 29—had an amazing time. It was the perfect getaway without breaking the bank, and we would absolutely recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a relaxing escape. Close to shopping and other entertainment if desired. Very convenient location if you are commuting to Knoxville for university activities.

The house was great regarding the rooms and bedrooms and bathrooms. Plenty of space for all 9 of us. Spacious kitchen, large dining room, and open concept so everyone could be together. We own beach rental properties and we are well aware of the challenges in finding good cleaners and it appears that is the case with this house. I’m sure it is a quick clean for a quick turnover, and it wasn’t anything gross, but countertops in kitchen and floors not very clean. My white socks looked dirty after walking around. The mirrors going up stairs had finger smudges all over and no wheels on one side of lower dishwasher rack. I did find the spare ones under the sink and replaced them. The living room furniture was all pushed around and the curtains were hanging over the back of the couch. One rod is barely in the wall. The patio furniture was not in order with chairs piled on top of each other and not in place. The space is tight ….The cooktop has one damaged burner and the kitchen is quite lacking in certain utensils and supplies. This may not be an issue for those groups not wanting to cook/bake. There are plenty of glasses, and plates. I will say, despite these small things, we all enjoyed our stay and the host was excellent. We had some questions regarding the media room when we arrived and she was very prompt with her response and then checked on us later Much appreciated.

We had a wonderful extended weekend stay! The host was quick to reply and was in top of any issue. The house was excellent. Very roomy and so many fun things to do right there in the house. Our experience was very enjoyable and I highly recommend staying here! Thank you for a great weekend!
