This newly remodeled and stylish waterfront home with a private heated pool invites you to enjoy the beautiful setting outdoors as well as inside its modern and comfortable interior. It is located on a Gulf access canal just over 4 miles to the beach. The home is perfect for connecting with loved ones. The large screened-in backyard oasis includes a private heated pool, a covered lanai complete with an outdoor kitchen including a gas BBQ grill and fridge, an outdoor dining space, a gas firepit, lounge chairs and dart board.

Heading to the nearby beaches? We supply the beach chairs, umbrella, towels and cooler so you can enjoy your day comfortably. Feel like exploring? Hop on one of the supplied kayaks or paddleboards to explore the canals and paddle onto the Imperial river or bring your boat and head to the Gulf and open water from the Imperial River boat ramp just 2 miles away. Bikes are supplied, with trails to Tamiami trail and into downtown Bonita Springs just 1.5 miles away. Grab a cup of coffee, a craft cocktail and a delicious dinner. Enjoy all that the area has to offer, with live music 7 days a week and several local attractions. There are three public golf courses within five miles (with numerous others nearby), and lots of great restaurants and shopping in the area.

The home is tastefully finished, with wood look tile throughout, custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and quartz countertops. There are smart TVs (65" in living room and 55" in master bedroom) to watch your favorite shows, and an electric fireplace to feel cozy on cool evenings.
