This was a great property with an excellent host. It was as advertised in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was adequately stocked with cooking materials, however there was no freezer in the unit. Our ice cream was an eat it or lose it proposition! The bedrooms are on the second and third floors of the unit. If you are mobility challenged, this may not be for you as the stairs are a very steep spiraling set. Everything else was great. Easy check in and check out.

Guter Aufenthalt. Middelburg und Umgebung waren gut zu erkunden (mit dem Auto). Haus hat ausreichend Platz. Nicht top neu, aber solide und in Ordnung.

Basic en redelijk comfortabel maar niet echt geschikt voor 6 volwassenen

Weekend Middelburg op 20-25 min lopen van het centrum. Faciliteiten in orde op tv na: Niet in staat geweest om met 3 afstandsbedieningen NPO 1 in te stellen. Ontbrekende zaken: Vaatwasblokjes, broodmes, schaar en theepot. Eetkamer tafel met 4 stoelen. Accommodatie dus meer geschikt voor gezin met kinderen. Veel ruimte afgesloten voor prive gebruik. Rondom 2 persoonbed nauwelijks ruimte. Zolderkamers erg warm. Tuin niet erg uitnodigend. Desalnietemin gezellig weekend gehad.

Goed om te lezen dat jullie een gezellig weekend hebben gehad ! En het was ook heel mooi weer. Ik lees dat u de TV niet kon instellen, dat zal ik mij aantrekken en opnieuw de instructie voor de TV, de ontvanger en het geluidssysteem nalopen en updaten. Heeft u gezien dat we abonnement hebben op Netflix, Amazon en HBO ?! Verder is er een eettafel voor 4 personen, maar er is ook een tafel voor 8 personen, das er is bijvoorbeeld ruim plaats voor 6 personen en het kinderstoeltje. De ontbrekende zaken zullen uiteraard weer aangevuld worden, dat is doorlopend iets. We gaan ons best doen dit voor een volgend bezoek te ondervangen. En de tuin heeft wat tijd nodig om te herstellen, het is al weer heel lang lekker zonnig, warm en droog weer in Zeeland!

Schöner Aufenthalt

Das Haus ist für niederländische Verhältnisse sehr geräumig und wir haben uns dort wohl gefühlt. Die Küchenausstattung (Bestecke, Teller, Tassen, Gläser, Töpfe) ist gerade ausreichend, Elektrogeräte wie Toaster, Staubsauger oder Filterkaffeemaschine leider nicht vorhanden. Der Espressomaschine fehlte das Abtropfsieb und der Siebträgereinsatz für 2 Tassen. Die Markise der Terrasse war leider defekt. Für die Grillbenutzung wird eine zusätzliche Gebühr von 30 Euro verlangt. Lage in ruhigem Wohngebiet, mit Rad und Auto gut zu erreichen. Supermärkte und Bäcker in 5 min mit dem Rad erreichbar, zur Innenstadt maximal 10 min mit dem Rad.
