A very nice, modern three-room holiday apartment in a quiet, central location with a furnished east-facing balcony for up to four people and a complimentary beach chair (during the season from April 1 to September 30) in a prime location right on the beach. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and features two bedrooms with double beds (each 2 x 90x200 cm). Bright, stylish, and perfectly equipped rooms. A tastefully furnished living room with a cosy sofa set, flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, a dining area, and a spacious, open kitchen with an oven, glass-ceramic cooktop, and dishwasher, as well as access to the east-facing balcony with a partial ocean view. The beautiful bathroom features a toilet, a sink, and a shower. A treat for the senses. A cot and a high chair are available for younger guests. The parking space is located in the underground garage (height: 1.94 m). In just a few minutes, a short walk takes you directly to the main beach. The washing machine and dryer in the building’s basement can be used for a fee (coin-operated machine). During beach chair season, you have your own beach chair available through the Paul Plön beach chair rental service.
