Keys are picked up from a safe at the Kraushaar Holiday Rentals Service Office, Lange Wiese 4, 23747 Dahme.
This holiday rental, approximately 46 m² in size, offers enough space for up to 4 adults and 1 child. The apartment is located on the 5th floor of the Berolina apartment complex and features a balcony with a view of the sea.
You can conveniently hang your jackets on the coat rack right in the hallway. The hallway leads straight into the combined living and sleeping area with an open kitchen. A comfortable double bed (2x 90x200 cm) is available for sleeping in the living area. After a long day at the beach, you can spend cosy evenings on the comfortable corner sofa watching the flat-screen TV. The modern, fully equipped kitchen with a dining table is perfect for cooking together with the whole family. In the separate bedroom, which features another TV, there is sleeping space for 3 additional people on the bunk bed (2x 90x200 cm) and in the sleeper chair. The en suite bathroom with a shower offers ample storage space for your toiletries. Wi-Fi access and 2 bicycles are included.
An underground parking space is reserved for you (max. 185 cm clearance height). Use of the indoor pool, the three communal rooftop terraces with ocean and countryside views, and the table tennis room is, of course, free of charge. You can store the bicycles you bring with you in one of the two basement rooms in Building An or in the bicycle storage room on the ground floor between Buildings An and B. In Building D, there is a communal laundry room on each of floors 1–4, equipped with a washing machine and dryer (for a fee; coin-operated machines).
