Hello, hello, and a warm welcome... A beautiful semi-detached home in a prime residential area near the sea. It can accommodate up to 8 people and offers a high quality of living, with comfortable and stylish furnishings. This half of the house provides the ideal holiday setting for all seasons. The living space (approximately 130 m²) is laid out as follows: Ground floor: entryway, utility room with washing machine and dryer, storage room, shower room, living room with open kitchen and direct access to the garden and the east-facing terrace. On the upper floor is the beautiful full bathroom. Bedroom (1) with a double bed (90x200 cm mattresses) + TV, Bedroom (2) with a double bed (90x200 cm mattresses), bedroom (3) with a double bed (80x200 cm mattresses) + TV, and bedroom (4) in the attic with two single beds (90x200 cm mattresses). Roller shutters, Wi-Fi, and 2 parking spaces round out the home’s amenities. And… the upstairs bedroom offers a partial ocean view! Both half-houses are enclosed by a shared fence. Schönes Haus - bei 8 Personen problematisch

Wir haben mit der Familie (insgesamt 8) Personen Urlaub in dieser Unterkunft gemacht. Das Haus ist sehr schön und modern, allerdings wenn man mit 8 Personen dort Urlaub macht, hat man kleine Probleme. 1. Auf der Terrasse gibt einen Tisch, der nur für 6 Personen reicht. Zwei Personen müssen ohne Tisch auskommen. 2. Wenn morgens geduscht wird, hat der 3 kein warmes Wasser mehr und muss warten, bis das Wasser wieder warm geworden ist. 3. Nicht jedes Bett hat einen Nachttisch mit einer Lampe. Dann gibt es Nachttische mit Lampe, aber keine Streckdose. Wenn diese Punkte nicht stören, kann bedenkenlos hier Urlaub machen.

Perfekter Familienurlaub

Super Unterkunft für einen Urlaub mit der Großfamilie, da der Wohn-/Essbereich ziemlich geräumig ist. Man kann von dort sogar das Meer erkennen!
