A bright and cheerfully furnished holiday apartment on the 2nd floor. The high-quality furnishings were selected with great attention to detail. The living room features a cosy leather sofa set and a large flat-screen TV. The furnished balcony spans the entire width of the living/dining room and faces west. Here you can enjoy the afternoon and evening sun. All windows have electric exterior shutters. The children’s room features a sturdy bunk bed that is also suitable for adults. The master bedroom has a modern double bed with closets. The toilet with a sink and the modern shower room are separate. - Special features: lockable bike garage, free Internet/Wi-Fi, electric exterior roller shutters, handcart. The parking space is located right next to the house. At the Dünenresidenz, you’ll find the peace and relaxation you’re looking for.
